Kickflip was created with artist Colleen Ulliac and was initiated by EPS who wanted to see a site where youth hang out revitalized. We hoped to have some youth with community service hours participate in the project. This proved more difficult than initially anticipated. However, we received a great deal of positive feedback from area youth and subsequently plan to include one local young man in the mural.
